Booking conditions:

• administration fee: 17€ per stay

• 30% deposit required on booking, the payment balance is due before arrival
  

• optional cancellation insurance: 12€ per week

• deposit of 50 € is charged (cleaning service) at check-in and will be paid back at the end of your stay in case of clean inventory check
  

• extra heating in case of cold season and off season: 15€ / week or € 2,50€ / day
